Comprehensive FAQ for Aluminum Foil Products
Q1. What is your payment term?
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against the copy of B/L) and L/C at sight for orders exceeding 10 metric tons. For trial orders, we can discuss flexible payment terms.
Q2. Can we place a trial order?
Yes! As a direct manufacturer, we fully support trial orders. We can produce customized small rolls or specific sample quantities to help you test the market or machine performance.
Q3. What is your standard production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 22–28 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the technical drawings or order details.
Q4. Can I get free samples for quality testing?
Yes, we offer free A4-size samples or small sample rolls for quality testing. Clients only need to cover the international courier cost (or provide a freight collect account).
Q5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ depends on the thickness and specification (usually 1–2 tons per size). However, we support low MOQ for initial trial orders to help our partners grow.
Q6. Can you print our logo or customize the embossing pattern?
Yes. We have advanced equipment to support LOGO printing on the foil or customized embossing rollers (such as Stucco, Diamond, or custom patterns) for your embossed aluminum foil products.
Q7. What are the differences between Embossed Aluminum Foil and Plain Aluminum Foil?
Plain aluminum foil has a smooth surface. Embossed aluminum foil features a textured surface (like Stucco or Orange Peel), which increases surface area, enhances rigidity, improves anti-glare properties, and is heavily used in thermal insulation, HVAC systems, and some other building materials.
Q8. How do you ensure product quality during production?
We have a strict QC system throughout the entire process—from raw material inspection, rolling, and annealing to slitting and final packaging. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) or third-party inspection is available before shipment.
Q9. What types of packaging do you use for international shipping?
We use strong, fumigation-free wooden boxes or horizontal/vertical wooden pallets packed with moisture-proof films and suspended packaging to ensure the aluminum foils arrive in perfect condition.
Q10. What is your policy for quality issues?
We stand behind our products. In the rare event of a verified quality issue, our technical team will coordinate with you promptly to provide practical solutions, including replenishment, compensation, or technical support on-site if necessary.
